In a market saturated with shallow brands built around big personalities, the biggest risk was launching yet another product with an athlete’s face on the packaging — and nothing more. The goal was something bigger. The secret? Genuine co-creation. The brand was build as if Neymar Jr. himself was launching a product he had always dreamed of consuming. The result is a brand with identity, purpose, and strategy — one that doesn’t use the celebrity as a crutch but carries his soul. Every number 10 was once a kid. And every star
player started out by collecting dreams.
Inspired by the golden age of early 2000s collectibles, I was invited to create the illustrations for the Next 10 Collector Cards — an illustrated series that captures the many facets of those chasing that soccer dream, inspired by the life and values of the athlete.
